摘要
本文研究了16种中草药提取液对自由基的清除作用。通过提取液与DPPH·的作用进行筛选。最终选出:骨碎补、大黄和麦冬等三种中草药他们对DPPH·的清除作用分别为:98.51%、95.72%和,94.35%结果令人满意。
This text studied 16 species of Chinese herb medicines extractive liquid to the clearance of the free radicals.We used the stable free radical of DPPH· （1,1 -diphenyl-2picrylhydrazyl free radical）to select 3 species of Chinese herb medieine.
