摘要 本文介绍了一种基于低压差(LDO)线形稳压器芯片NCP5662用于驱动大功率半导体激光器的脉冲恒流源的设计,并提出了一种控制脉冲的简单方法。电源电压5 V时,输出电流高达2 A,脉冲上升时间小于3μs,下降时间小于1μs,脉冲宽度和频率独立可调。电源稳定、可靠,可方便的用于对半导体激光驱动电源体积要求较小的应用中。 The design of pulse current source based on LDO (low-voltage-difference) linear voltage regulator NCP5662 was introduced, which was used to drive high power semiconductor laser, a simple method of pulse control was also included. In 5 V power supply, the output current reached to 2A, with pulse rising time less than 3 μs and falling time less than 1 μs, the pulse frequency and width could be adjusted independently. The power supply was stable and reliable, and could be easily to be used in some applications which require small size of semiconductor laser driver.
