摘要
检索式数字水位传感器是太原理工大学测控技术研究所自主研发的一种新型水位传感器,其基本原理是利用不同位置的信号采集电路来采集水中传播的电信号,从而确定水位的位置。针对检索式数字水位传感器实际工程使用的要求,本文提出了一种配装检索式数字水位传感器的智能信号变送器的设计。该智能变送器能够根据用户的需求控制传感器进入相应的状态,提高了传感器的智能化和低功耗水平。文中详细阐述了智能变送器的软硬件设计,探讨了实现检索式数字水位传感器实际应用的低功耗技术途径。
Digital retrieval water-level sensor was researched and developed independently by the Institute of Measurement and Control Technology, TYUT. The basic principle is to use the signal acquisition circuits at different locations to collect water-borne signals for determining the location of the water level. Aiming at the requirements to digital retrieval water-level sensor used in the actual project, an intelligent signal transmitter suitable for the digital retrieval water level sensor was designed. The transmitter can control the sensor to enter corresponding states according to the demands of the user, which improves the intelligence and low power consumption characteristic of the sensor. This paper presents the hardware and software design of the intelligent transmitter and discusses the technical means for the sensor to achieve low power consumption in practical applications.
