摘要 开发了基于虚拟仪器技术,采用大功率脉冲励磁电源、高速数据采集卡的纳米晶磁环动态参数测试系统。由于脉冲励磁与标准正弦波励磁的测试结果存在差异,为得到相当于正弦励磁下的磁滞回线及磁参数,通过SY-8232交流B^H回线测试仪对测试系统进行标定,利用LabVIEW进行数据处理和分析,实现了误差修正。给出了典型频率、磁感应强度下的测试结果,对B、H曲线进行了频谱分析。该测试系统操作方便,测试准确,具有较好的重复性,可用于重量为300g^3kg的纳米晶磁环在频率为10~100kHz条件下的动态参数的在线测试。 A dynamic parameter test system consisting of high-power excitation power supply and high speed data acquisition card was developed based on virtual instrument. Because there is a difference between the test results with pulse excitation and standard sinewave excitation, the test system has been calibrated using the SY-8232 alternative B - H hysteresis curve test instrument in order to obtain the hysteresis curve and magnetic parameters similar to those under sinewave excitation. LabVIEW was used to carry out data processing and analysis, and error correction. The experimental results under typical frequencies and magnetic induction intensity are given and spectrum analysis of the B and H curves is done. Besides being easy to operate, this test system has the advantages of good accuracy and repeatability. It can be applied to the online test of the dynamic parameters of nanocrystalline cores with weight from 300 g to 3 kg, and within the frequency range from 10 kHz to 100 kHz.
