叠加阀片式油气弹簧节流缝隙设计及特性试验 被引量:1

摘要 给出了油气弹簧结构原理图,对叠加节流阀片和调整垫圈进行研究,建立了叠加阀片应力计算式和调整垫圈厚度设计式。利用开阀速度和开阀压力建立油气弹簧节流缝隙设计公式,并对叠加阀片和调整垫圈对节流缝隙的影响进行了分析。通过实例对油气弹簧的叠加阀片、调整垫圈和节流缝隙进行了设计,对叠加阀片等效厚度、开阀特性和应力强度进行验证,并对所设计的油气弹簧进行了特性试验。试验和分析表明,节流缝隙的设计方法是正确的,对油气弹簧设计具有重要参考价值。 The sketch of hydro-pneumatic spring was shown, the superposition throttle slices and the adjustment gasket were studied, the stress computation formula of superposition throttle slices and the thickness design formula of adjustment gasket were established. With the velocity and the pressure of opening valve of hydro-pneumatic spring, throttle aperture design formula of hydro-pneumatic was built, the affection of superposition throttle slices and adjustment gasket thickness on the throttle aperture was analyzed. With the practical example of hydro-pneumatic spring, the superposition throttle slices, the adjustment gasket and the throttle aperture were designed, the equivalent thickness, opening valve characteristic and stress intensity were validated, and the performance test was conducted for the designed hydro-pneumatic spring. The experimental and analytic results show that the methods of throttle aperture design for hydro-pneumatic spring is reliable, which has important reference value for hydro-pneumatic spring design.
