摘要
目的:建立上颌无牙颌种植体义齿与附着体联合修复的三维有限元模型,为其生物力学分析提供数学模型基础。方法:选取成人离体无牙颌上颌骨1个,前牙区植入4个种植体作固定桥,后牙区用冠外弹性附着体活动义齿修复,经螺旋CT扫描、获取图像数据;建立三维有限元模型。结果:成功建立了几何相似性良好的三维有限元模型,模型由46154个单元和71401个结点组成,可根据需要进行旋转和修改。结论:应用螺旋CT断层扫描及一系列计算机软件,能建立有效的三维有限元模型,为种植体义齿和附着体联合修复上颌无牙颌的生物力学分析奠定基础。
Objective:To construct a three dimensional finite element model for edentulous maxilla restored with dental implant and affachment. Method:A maxillary edentulous jaw was restored by four-implants-supported fixed bridge and extracoronal resilient attachment denture. The model was constructed by CT scanning technology,digital image transfer and a series of computer softwares. Result:The model had good similarity to the morphology of the three dimensional images, consisted of 46154 elements and 71401 nodes.The model could be rotated and modified according to needs. Conclusion:CT technology and a series of computer software was effective to constract the three dimersional finite elenment model,which provides a base for further biomechanics analysis.
