摘要 目的:采用有限元方法研究MEAW弓丝的力学行为。探讨MEAW技术的特点,为临床矫治提供指导。方法:在Pro/E中建立上颌MEAW弓丝的三维实体模型,将模型导入ANSYS软件,采用实体单元对模型进行网格划分,并赋予不同的材料属性,模拟临床加载,比较其应力分布。结果:仅施加后倾弯的时候,上颌弓丝在前牙区将产生不利于矫治开的向上向后的力量,同时在后牙区域有使牙弓缩窄的趋势。当在前牙区施加向下的垂直牵引的时候,则上颌前牙区的向上向后的力量得到平衡,而且在后牙区弓丝有使牙弓开大的趋势。结论:MEAW弓丝后牙区的开张趋势将会为牙弓内提供间隙,有利于开的矫治。 Objective:To analyze the stress distribution in MEAW archwire. Method:Build the solid model in Pro/E,then transform them into Ansys,mesh,load and analysis. The material attribute defined individually. Result:When exert vertical traction in anterior teeth on MEAW archwire,the archwire in posterior teeth have different stress distribution. Conclusion:The MEAW archwire have some expand tendency in posterior teeth,and this may provide space in arch.
