良性成牙骨质细胞瘤——病例报告及文献复习

Benign cementoblastoma: case report and review of the literature.

良性成牙骨质细胞瘤是一种非常罕见的颌骨牙源性肿瘤,好发于青年,早期无临床症状,晚期会出现疼痛和颌骨膨胀。本病具有特征性的影像学和组织学表现,有助于与其它颌骨肿瘤相鉴别。只要完全切除肿瘤,很少复发。本文报告1例术后复发的良性成牙骨质细胞瘤病例。

The benign cementoblastoma is a relatively rare odontogenic neoplasm,which generally occurs in young persons,symptoms may be totally absent in the earlier period,in the advanced stage,pain and swelling are frequent findings.Benign cementoblastoma has characteristic radiologic and microscopic features,this is helpful for differential diagnosis with other tumors.The usual treatment is complete surgical excision with extraction of the associated teeth,recurrence is seldom reported.This paper reports a case of recurrence after operation with benign cementoblastoma.
