摘要
目的:探讨应用全牙弓间隙分析方法对涉及磨牙的拔除和保留病例进行拔牙牙位的设计。方法:选择成人正畸疑难病例31例,男10例,女21例,年龄18~30岁,平均24岁。采用全牙弓间隙分析方法,结合各牙齿近远中宽度提出可能的拔牙牙位选择,再结合临床情况做出拔牙设计。结果:全部病例下颌牙弓所需间隙平均21±4.5mm,上颌牙弓所需间隙平均19±3.5mm。结论:对于磨牙拔除病例应做好全牙弓间隙的分析,利用磨牙间隙合理分配前后牙弓段所需间隙,在解除前、中段牙弓问题的同时,关注后段牙弓问题。
Objective:Application of total arch space analysis involving molar extraction and retention in extraction design. Method:31 adult cases were selected,10 male,21 female,aged 18 to 30 years old,with an average age of 24. Final extraction design were obtained with total arch space analysis,combined with crown width and the clinical conditions. Result:The average space of 21±4.5 mm in mandibular arch and 19±3.5 mm in maxillary arch were needed. Conclusion:Total arch space analysis should be used in molar extraction cases. Molar spaces should be reasonable allocated,in order that anterior and posterior arch problems be both concerned.
