摘要
目的:通过焊接后的机械性能评价和应用AutoCAD软件对焊接面的测量分析,探讨Nd:YAG激光焊接制作种植杆式附着体的适宜参数。方法:依据ITI种植系统杆式附着体规格加工试件。按照不同Nd:YAG激光焊接参数分为4组进行焊接;肉眼观察焊缝区外观,测试焊件的抗拉强度,扫描电镜观察断面,记录扫描图像,AutoCAD工作站利用图像测量各实验组最大焊接深度和焊接面积平均值。结果:各实验组均未能实现全层焊透,无明显气孔等焊接缺陷。实验组与对照组在抗拉强度;实验组间在抗拉强度,最大焊接深度及焊接面积上存在显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论:Nd:YAG激光焊接机在脉冲时间为10ms或12ms,焊点直径为1.0mm,工作电压处于305V~330V的焊接条件下制作的种植杆式附着体,焊接面机械性能与母材基本相同,可以满足临床应用要求。
Objective:To evaluate the mechanical properties of laser-welded titanium frameworks applied to implant-supported overdenture under different laser welding conditions and using AutoCAD workstation carry out expert analysis of fracture surface on laser-welded samples to find the optimal parameters. Method:54 standard pure wrought titanium samples were prepared. Each of 48 samples was sectined into 4 parts and the 4 parts were welded under different laser welding conditions. Another 6 samples without processing were used as the controls.The mechanical properties of the samples were examined by naked eye observation,SEM observation and multifunctional tests. Using AutoCAD workstation carry out expert analysis of fracture surface on laser-welded samples,the depths and areas of laser to titanium were messured. Result:There was significant differences in breaking force ,the most penetration depth and welded area among 4 welded groups and the non-welded control specimens(P〈0.05).No porosities and cracks and other defectswere found. Conclusion:Under appropriate conditions(Pulse duration:10 ms or 12 ms;Spot diameter:1mm;Working voltage:〉305 v),joint of titanium framework strengths similar to the non-welded parent metal were achieved. The most penetration depth and welded area correlate with the welding parameters.It is not significant in clinical practice about the complete welding in solder side.
