摘要
通过分析电力零售市场交易关系,提出售电商、用户和配电商共同承担网损的原则。定义了所有交易的功率传输因子矩阵,确定每笔交易的功率传输分布;通过对转移的网损积分等值,确定配电商购入功率的全网分布。基于功率分布,引入贡献因子理论,从支路功率的角度计算网损分摊系数,向所有市场参与者分摊网损。仿真结果表明,该方法有效、合理,能够完成竞争性电力零售市场中网损分摊的任务。
Based on the trade relationships of the retail electricity market, the loss-bearing principle for the seller, the end-user, and the distribution company is proposed, The power transfer factor matrixes for all kinds of transactions were defined to determine the power transfer distribution for individual transaction, and the transferred loss integration equivalence was used to determine the distribution of power purchased by the distribution company. Based on that, the contribution factor theory was introduced to calculate the loss allocation coefficient from the point of view of branch power for allocating loss among all market participants. Simulation shows the method effective and rational.
