摘要 XLPE电缆终端的故障率远高于电缆本体,采用超声波检测方法,对大量运行中电缆终端的局放缺陷进行了普测,分析了不同种类的超声检测仪器的原理和应用效果。对缺陷电缆终端,在实验室进行了超声波带电检测、常规局放试验、红外成像检测,并解剖故障电缆终端、制作切片,寻找局放成因。试验和解剖结果证明:局放超声检测方法,对电缆终端局放缺陷有较高的灵敏度。 The failure rate of the XLPE cable terminal is far above that of the cable body. The ultrasonic method was used to detect the partial discharge (PD) fault for terminals of a great amount of operating cables, and the working principle and application effects of various kinds of ultrasonic detectors are analyzed. The on-line ultrasonic monitoring, the routine PD test, and the infrared imaging were conducted for cable terminals with PD faults in laboratory, and the fault cable terminal was disassembled and made into slice to search for PD causes. The results show that the ultrasonic method is accurate in finding the PD fault for cable terminals.
