摘要
研究竹节纱外观参数的自动检测技术。在Windows XP操作系统下,采用Visual C++6.0编程语言开发了竹节纱外观参数识别系统,通过运用自动识别和滤波技术对纱线横截面的粗细变化数据进行采集与预处理,采用不同的算法对所得数据进一步处理,得出竹节长度、竹节间距、竹节倍数、基纱号数等参数。实际检测结果表明:竹节纱外观参数识别系统可以实现快速检测,竹节间距、竹节长度的误差范围控制在2 mm以内,指出识别系统还需要确定竹节与基纱分界点的准确度及检测抗干扰能力方面做进一步改进。
Automatic detecting technology of slubby yarn appearance parameters were studied. In Windows XP op- eration system, slubby yarn appearance parameter identifying system was developed through Visual C + + 6.0 programming language. Thickness change data of yarn cross section were collected and pretreated through automatic identifying and wave filtering technology. The data were processed further through adopting different arithmetic, then slubby length, slubby space, slubby multiple, base yarn count et al could be got. The practical detecting result shows that slubby yarn appearance parameter identifying system could implement quick detecting, error of slubby space and slubby length could be controlled in 2 mm. The shortage of identifying system are pointed out i. e. detecting resisting disturbance ability and accuracy of divisional point between base yarn and slubby.
