摘要 探讨利用赛络纺纱技术纺制CJ/Newdal 50/50 14.7 tex混纺针织纱的工艺与成纱性能情况。针对Newdal纤维的特点,设置了Newdal生条预并条后再与精梳棉二道混并的工艺路线;并在分析赛络纺纺纱原理的基础上,优化了喂入粗纱间距。使生产出的CJ/Newdal 50/50 14.7 tex赛络纺纱与同号数的普通环锭纱相比具有条干好、粗细节和棉结少的特点,而且断裂强度大、单强CV值和重量CV值小、毛羽少。 Processing and property of combed cotton Newdal 50/50 14.7 tex blended knitting yarn were discussed. Processing of drawing Newdal card sliver first, then blended and drawn with combed cotton sliver was set aiming at Newdal fibre characteristics. Roving feeding gauge was optimized after analysing siro spinning principles. The 14.7 tex yarn has many advantages comparing with the same count common ring spun yarn, including better evenness, less thin places, thick places and neps ,the larger breaking tenacity ,the smaller single yarn strength CV value and weight CV value,the less bairiness.
