Controlling System Analyses and Failure Diagnoses of ROJ-Elf Weft Accumulator

设计开发ROJ-Elf型储纬器主控板的故障诊断程序。对基于MCS-51单片机的主控制板进行了电路测绘,针对主控板难以修复的问题,开发了相应的故障诊断程序。该程序固化在一片EPROM芯片中,通过取代主控制板中EPROM芯片即可实现对主控板中所有芯片的测试,实现主控板的故障诊断。实际运行结果表明,该方法具有故障诊断快速,便于使用等优点。

Failure diagnoses program of ROJ-Elf weft accumulator main control panel were designed and developed. Electric circuit depicting were carried on MCS-51 single chip computer main control panel and corresponding failure diagnoses program was developed because main control panel is hard to repair. The program is fixed in a group of EPROM chip. The diagnoses could be carried out through repacing main control panel EPROM chips, which could reach the goal of testing every main control panel chip. Practical operating result shows that the method is smarter and convenient.
