摘要
目的:探讨复方参芪颗粒提高免疫功能及抗应激能力的药理作用。方法:复方参芪颗粒高、中、低剂量组分别连续给健康昆明种小鼠灌胃,同时腹腔注射环磷酰胺造成免疫抑制模型小鼠,并设阳性对照组及正常对照组。小鼠于末次给药后30min处理,检查免疫指标及抗应激能力。结果:复方参芪颗粒对正常小鼠和免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能有一定的增强作用。对正常小鼠和免疫抑制小鼠耐高温、耐低温和抗疲劳等抗应激能力也有一定的增强作用。结论:复方参芪颗粒具有良好的提高免疫功能和抗应激能力的作用。
OBJECTIVE:To study the pharmacological action of immune enhancement and anti-stress capability of compound Shenqi granules. METHODS The study was carried out through the observation of normal mice and immunosuppressed model in mice. Compound Shenqi granules were poured consecutively into the stomach of healthy Kunming mice with high,medium and low dose. Immunosuppressed model in mice was set up by intraperitoneal injecting of CTX. At the same time,control group and normal group were set up. The immunity targets and anti-stress capability were observed 30 minutes after administration. RESULTS Compound Shenqi granules could improve the immunological functions of normal and immunosuppressed mice, could enhance the anti-stress capability of anti-high temperature, anti-low temperature and anti-fatigue also. CONCLUSION Compound Shenqi Granules have good effects of immune enhancement and anti-stress capability.
