摘要
目的:观察高乌甲素对儿童发热的临床疗效。方法:随机将入选病例分为治疗组及对照组,分别用高乌甲素及注射用赖氨匹林作退热治疗并观察记录。结果:两组退热的有效率差异存在显著性。治疗组退热有效率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:高乌甲素用于儿童发热作用较佳,安全性好。
OBJECTIVE To investigate clinic effect and side effect of Lappaconitione Hydrobromide in pediatric fever. METHODS 106 cases suffered from fever were divided into two groups randomly,59 in therapeutic group,47 in control group. They were treated by Lappaconitine Hydrobromide or Aspirin-DL-Lysine for Injeetion. RESULTS There is great distinguish between the different groups in ratio of good effect and of side effect. CONCLUSION There is well and safe affect in pediatric fever.
