摘要
对轧机轴承油膜系统中的静压泵的失效进行了分析,由于乳化液进入到润滑油中,导致阀座表面产生缝隙形状的腐蚀,配合面表面剥落,间隙增大;润滑油中的乳化液在瞬间的压力突变中汽化,导致阀座密封面空泡腐蚀,产生沟槽,密封效果劣化,引起静压泵效率下降,最终导致静压泵失效。根据研究结果,提出了改进措施,取得良好的效果。
The failure of the static pressure pump used for oil film bearing system is analyzed in this paper. The results show that, as the emulsion enters into the hibricating oil, gap corrosion will be generated on the surface of the valve base, which makes the mating surface peeled off and the gap increased. As a result, the vaporization of the emulsion happens due to the sudden change of the pressure of hibricating oil, which leads to vacuole corrosion to generate groove on the surface of the valve base. The corrosion will worsen the seal performance, lower volumetric efficiency of the static pressure pump and, finally, result in the failure of the static pressure pump. Corrosion preventing method has been put forward following the study and excellent results already achieved.
