摘要
转子位置信息是开关磁阻电机驱动系统工作的基础。本文是基于反串测试线圈的转子位置检测方案,结合了电感幅度调制技术,并利用三相开关磁阻电机电感曲线的几何特征,提出一种采用电感特征值比较的信号调理电路,通过简单的硬件比较电路即可获得离散的转子位置信号P、Q、R。方案的详细原理以及试验结果将在文中给出,试验结果验证了本检测方案具有自起动能力和高的可靠性。
Rotor position information is critical to proper operation of switched reluctance driver (SRD). A method of indirect rotor position detection based on opposite-connect sensing coils technique and amplitude modulation encoding technique is presented in this paper. A scheme of discrete rotor position signals is utilized by detecting the geometrical characteristic of inductance curves of three-phase switched reluctance motors with special signal processing circuit to comparing inductance eigenvalue. A simple application circuit is investigated to obtain rotor position eigenvalue such as P, Q and R by comparison circuit. The results show that opposite-connect sensing coils technique with rotor position eigenvalue detection possesses self-starting function and high reliability.
