Design and Implementation of NC Controller-oriented DNC System

DNC是用一台计算机对多台数控机床进行综合控制管理的一种方式,是实现数控设备网络化加工的重要手段.本文结合蓝天数控系统的开发需求,研究了实现DNC系统所需的关键技术,并在此基础上,采用客户/服务器体系结构,设计与实现了文件传输和管理、远程控制及DNC在线加工三个功能.实践证明该系统运行良好,达到了远程控制数控系统的要求.

As an important network machining means of NC equipment, DNC is a comprehensive management method, which can control a lot of NC machine tool at the same time by one computer. After considering the development requirement of LTCNC, this paper researches the key technology of realizing DNC system. Then adopting C/S architecture, it designs and implements the file transfers and management function, the remote control function and the DNC online machining function. It is proved that this system runs well, and it can achieve the remote control requirement of CNC system.
