摘要
目的:观察冠脉灵方治疗心脏X综合征的临床疗效。方法:将36例心脏X综合征患者随机分为西药常规治疗组(对照组)18例,常规治疗加冠脉灵治疗组(治疗组)18例,两组均服药4周,主要观察两组治疗后心绞痛改善情况、中医证候比较、超敏c反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和内皮素(ET-1)含量水平。结果:治疗组在中医证候改善方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05);且治疗组治疗前后CRP、ET-1比较也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:冠脉灵方治疗心脏X综合征疗效显著。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect on cardiac x-syndrome treated by Guanmailing prescription.Method：36 cases were randomly divided into 18 cases in the treatment group treated with routine western medicine and 18 cases in the control group treated with routine western medicine added Guanmailing.Improvements of angina,comparison of symptom-complex and level of hypersensitivity C reactive protein（hs-CRP）,endothelin-1（ET-1） were observed after treating for 4 weeks.Results：The improvements of symptom-complex,CRP and ET-1 in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Guanmailing had significant effect for treating cardiac x-syndrome.
