摘要 利用扫描电镜和能谱仪对不锈钢电极材料在高温动态铝液中腐蚀机理进行了实验研究。通过对腐蚀试样进行扫描组织观察和能谱成分分析,并结合铁铝相图,提出不锈钢电极材料在高温动态铝液的腐蚀机理:腐蚀过程主要以物理腐蚀和化学腐蚀相结合,腐蚀界面厚度较薄,大约5μm,这与常规的静态铁基铝液腐蚀的腐蚀界面厚度几百微米相差很大;并提出一个不锈钢电极动态铝液腐蚀模型。 The corrosive experiments on stainless steel electriode in dynamic aluminum melt are studied by scan electric mincroscope, composition analysis by electron probe. The microstructrues and composition was analyzed by electron probe combined with metallic phrase analysis, the corrosion model of stainless steel electrinode in dynamic aluminum melt has been forward, and mechanism of the corrosion process has been drawn. Corrosive mechanism is mainly based on physical corrosion and chemical corrosion, the corrosion interface width is about 5μm, which isdifferent from that of common corrosion in staitic iron-based aluminum melt.
