摘要
采用埋弧自动焊工艺对P91和20g异种金属进行焊接,经过400、500和600℃保温6h热处理后进行腐蚀实验,分别对腐蚀前后的试样进行失重法测量、金相组织观察。结果表明:热处理温度对其焊接接头耐腐蚀性能有明显影响,在400℃热处理条件下,具有最好的耐腐蚀能力;600℃热处理时腐蚀最为严重,其中腐蚀最严重的区域是熔合区。
The welding tests of P91 and 20g dissimilar metals are performed by using automatic submerged arc welding process. The corrosive experiments of welded joint specimens of the two metals were tested in the conditions of 400℃ × 6 h, 500℃ ×6 h and 600℃ ×6 h. The mass loss analyses and microstructure observation of corrosion specimens as well as as-welded specimens were performed. The results indicate that the heat treatment temperature has an obvious influence on corrosive resistance of the welded joints. The corrosive resistance is the best at 400℃ but the severest at 600℃ in the fusion zone.
