摘要
高镍铬无限冷硬复合铸铁轧辊是一种性能优良、应用广泛的轧辊,目前,离心铸造是高镍铬无限冷硬复合铸铁轧辊最常用的生产方法,微裂纹是离心铸造无限冷硬铸铁轧辊比较容易产生的一种缺陷。从离心机振动、铁水化学成分、冷型缺陷和涂料等方面对微裂纹的产生原因进行了分析,提出从离心机工作状态调整,冷型保养,化学成分调整等方面防止离心铸造高镍铬无限冷硬复合铸铁轧辊辊身微裂纹的产生。
The high nickel chromiun compound cast iron milling roll by infinite cooling and harding has a good performance and wide application milling roll. By now, the centrfugal casting is the most common manufacturing method of this kind of roll, while the micro-crack is a kind of familiar fault of this method. The cause of micro-crack was analyzed through the libration of centrifugal casting machine, chemical elements of molten iron, cold mould disfigurement and dope aspects, the corresponding prevention methods were put forward.
