摘要 馆际互借作为图书馆的主要服务方式之一,因多种原因,不可避免的发生版权侵权行为。详细介绍了国内外图书馆界对馆际互借与版权问题的观点,并提出如何避免侵犯版权的办法。 ILL services have become one of the main services in libraries, and there have been many problems with copyright for various reasons. The author introduced the opinions on ILL and copyright problems home and abroad, and indicated how to avoid the copyright infringement.
