摘要
通过实验研究了煤矿似膏体充填体的强度、容许比压、压缩率等物理力学性能。结果表明:在凝石含量为3%,料浆浓度为78%以上时,充填体固化12h达到的强度可满足自立要求;在凝石含量为3%,料浆浓度为80%时,固化28d的充填体,即达到避免支柱钻底的容许比压;充填体的压缩率远小于砂子、粉煤灰和矸石粉等的压缩率。
Physics and mechanics performance of paste-like backfill material in coal mine such as strength, allowable specific pressure and compressive rate was researched by experiment. The results show that after curing for 12 hours the backfill material can achieve sufficient strength to keep stable with the content 3% of sialite and the slurry density above 78% ; After curing for 28 clays the backfill material can achieve sufficient allowable specific pressure to avoid insertion of prop into floor with the content 3 % of sialite and the slurry density 80%; Paste-like backfill material has far smaller compressive rate than sand, fly ash gangue powed and so on.
