摘要
为了实现分布于不同物理位置的视频监控端的视频信息共享,给出了基于MIL图像库的局域网视频监控系统的具体方案,实现了视频数据的客户端主动发送,服务器端共享式多路接收,系统部署运行后表明有较好的传输质量和速率。
In order to share the video information of the different video surveillance located in the different physical location, this paper gives a solution of remote video monitoring system in the LAN based on the MIL. It implements sending video data in the client positively and multi-channel receiving of the data in the server. After serving system deployment operation, it is proved that this system has better quality and transmission speed.
