摘要
射频同轴连接器在长时间使用,经过了高低温环境以后,会产生内外导体之间的相对转动,使电气指标发生变化,从而影响整机的性能。常用的设计方法很难克服这一问题。本文给出了防止射频同轴连接器在严酷的温度冲击后,内外导体之间转动的结构设计方法。该方法已经成功地应用于7/16型射频同轴连接器产品中。
It is hard to solve that electric indexes of FR coaxial connector would change in common ways because its inner and outer conductor turn in different circle after it works for long time and the environment temperature changes from low to high. The paper introduces structure design method of prevent-turn between inner and outer conductor of FR coaxial connector. The method is used in the products of type 7/16 FR coaxial connector triumphantly.
