Tubedown-1与视网膜新生血管

摘要 组蛋白乙酰化与去乙酰化对于基因转录具有重要的调控作用,乙酰化水平由组蛋白乙酰转移酶(Histone acytyltransferase HATs)和组蛋白去乙酰化酶(Histone deacytylases HDACs)共同调控。Tubedown-1是一种新发现的N-末端乙酰转移酶。研究表明,其对眼部脉管系统发育及缺氧状态下视网膜新生血管形成及发展有调控及抑制作用。为此综述了组蛋白乙酰化与基因转录及视网膜新生血管的关系,介绍针对这一新的酵母菌乙酰转移酶同源基因的研究成果。
