RNA干扰治疗眼部新生血管

摘要眼部新生血管常可以导致视力严重受损，对其进行治疗研究一直是眼科的研究重点。RNA干扰（RNA interfering，RNAi）是近年发展起来的一项重要的基因诊断、治疗技术，在眼科研究中越来越显示出其优越性。现对RNAi在眼部新生血管研究中的应用及其作用机制做一综述。
