微波应用于兔角膜后的电镜观察

摘要 目的观察微波应用于兔角膜后,角膜细胞的形态学改变。方法选用健康新西兰白兔14只,随机分成7组,每组2只兔(4只眼),微波功率为5W,作用时间为5s,频率为2450MHz。选用直径为2mm的微波输出天线,在兔眼角膜上距角膜缘2mm处做6~8个环形对称的热凝点。分别于术后1d(A组)、3d(B组)、7d(C组)、14d(D组)、1个月(E组)、3个月(F组)、6个月(G组)处死动物并取眼球作透射电镜观察。结果术后角膜细胞胞体增大,胶原纤维排列不规则,术后1个月细胞形态接近正常。结论当微波频率为2450MHz,输出功率被控制在5W,作用时间为5s的情况下,兔角膜损伤程度轻,可在短期内得到修复。 Objective To observe the morphological changes of corneal cell after using microwave on rabbit's cornea. Methods 14 healthy New Zealand rabbits were chosen and randomly divided into 7 groups from 1 day after surgery to 6 month after surgery. Each group received 2450MHz microwave frequency, 5W microwave power, 5s duration, and we used 2mm-diameter-antenna to provide the microwave output. Microwave power were applied directly into the peripheral cornea 2ram from corneal limbus through the antenna's tip contact at circular symmetrically 6-8 points. Rabbits' eyeball was removed at 1-day (A group), 3-day (B group), 7-day (C group), 14-day (D group), l-month (E group), 3-month (F group) and 6-month (G group) after surgery to observe the morphological changes of cornea through transmission electron microscope. Results After the surgery, corneal cells were swollen. And the collagen was irregular. The morphology of keratocytes recovered to its normal counterparts at 1 month after surgery. Conculsions Rabbit's cornea had been injured lightly and could be repaired during short time when microwave power equals 5W and the duration time equals 5s with 2450MHz microwave frequency.
