医学生医患沟通能力培训的意义及其实现途径

Significance of training medical students'ability to communicate with patients as well as means of fulfilling the purpose

针对医学模式和医疗服务模式的转变,高等中医药院校应注重医学生医患沟通能力的培训,通过开设选修课程、开辟第二课堂、强化临床培训、建设专题学习网站和案例资源库等途径,在医学教育的全过程中有效开展医学生医患沟通技能的培训,为中医药学科发展培养高素质的临床人才。

Aiming at the change of medical mode and medical service mode, higher institutions of Chinese medicine should put emphasis on training students＇ communicative abilities with patients by offering selective courses, exploring out-class training, strengthening clinical training, setting up special learning network and case bank etc. We should conduct effective communicative ability training during the whole process of medical education so as to nurture high quality clinical professionals of Chinese medicine.
