摘要 抗菌肽是广泛存在于动物体内的小分子多肽,是宿主先天性非特异性防御系统的重要组分,具有广谱高效的抑菌活性,不易使菌株产生抗性。本文概述了影响抗菌肽生物学活性的因素、抗菌肽作用机制、基因表达与调控等方面的研究概况及展望。 Antimicrobial peptides distribute widely in animals,and play important role to the innate immune system and exist defensive function in animals.Antimicrobial peptides have broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity and the rarely bacterial resistance.The influencing factors of biological activities, the general mechanism for acting mode of anfimicrobial peptides,gene expression and regulation of antimicrobial peptides were reviewed.
