本文分析了我国ＣＯ－ＲＯＭ信息服务系统的发展和存在的问题，提出为了有效使用和共享现有的ＣＤ－ＲＯＭ信息资源，应该建立ＣＤ－ＲＯＭ的单机检索和网络化、点对点。

This article analyses the development and existing problems of CD ROM information service system in China.In order to use and share the available CD ROM information resources,the information service system,which uses CD ROM single computer retrieval and online retrieval with networking,point to point and point to network,should be set up.
