妇女参与农民合作经济组织的状况、问题及建议——四川仁寿县清见柑橘协会和清见果业合作社案例研究

Issues in Women's Participation in Farmers' Economic Cooperative Organizations:Study of an Orange Association and Fruit Cooperative of Qingjian in Renshou County,Sichuan

本研究以四川仁寿县清见柑橘协会和清见果业合作社为例,探讨女性在参与农民合作经济组织中提高自身技术水平和素质,培养平等、自主、合作意识,并在经济上受益、社会地位提高等问题,分析目前女性参与农民合作经济组织遇到的困难,提出相应的对策建议。

This paper takes the Qingjian Fruit Cooperative and the Qingjian Orange Association in the county of Renshou of Sichuan as examples to examine issues in women＇s participation in farmers＇ economic cooperative organizations. Such issues include the increase of women＇s skills and civility, the cultivation of their sense of equality, self-determination and cooperation, and the increase of their economic benefits and social status. The paper makes policy recommendation to resolve difficulties women face in their participation in rural economic cooperative organizations.
