摘要
HD9802S是用湖大51与红辐早杂交,通过低温选择和人工气候箱鉴定育成的早籼型水稻温敏核不育系。HD9802S不育起点温度为日均温23-24℃,耐低温期为5 d。HD9802S不育性受1对隐性核基因控制,其不育基因与培矮64S、1103S的核不育基因不等位,与香125S、株1S的核不育基因等位,HD9802S外观品质优,配组育成的杂交早稻新组合两优287、两优25、两优42、两优17和两优1号等杂种优势较强,稻谷品质分别达国标1级或2级优质稻谷标准,均已通过省级以上品种审定。
HD9802S, developed from the cross of Huda 51/Hongfuzao through low temperature selection and phytotron identification, is a new early-maturing indica thermo-sensitive genetic male sterile (TGMS) line in rice. Its critical temperature (CT) for male sterility is 23 -24℃ in daily mean temperature, and it will become fertile when the duration of temperature at or below its CT is more than 5 days. The male sterility of HD9802S is controlled by one pair of recessive nuclear genes. The male sterile gene is not allelic to that of Pei'ai 64S and 1103S, but allelic to that of Xiang 125S and Zhu 1S. HD9802S has a superior appearance grain quality, and the early-cropping F1 hybrids derived from it including Liangyou 287, Liangyou 25, Liangyou 42, Liangyou 17 and Liangyou 1 showed strong heterosis in grain yield and high grain quality ( meeting the state standards of 1^st or 2^nd class of fine quality rice). All of them have been registered for commercialization at national or provincial level since 2005.
