摘要
试验分别对香花槐的腋芽诱导,继代增值培养及无菌苗生根培养和愈伤组织分化做了初步研究,研究结果表明:最佳诱导培养基为MS+BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L;最佳增值培养基为MS+BA0.8mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L;当最佳生根培养基为MS+IBA0.05mg/L;在愈伤组织分化的过程中,培养基MS+BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L分化效果相对较好。
It was a preliminary study on the buds induction of Robinia pseudoacacia CV. Idaho, value-added cultivation,rooting cultivation and the differentiation of injurie the organization. The results showed that the best medium for induction was MS + BA1.0mg/L + NAA0.1mg/L. The best medium for value-added was MS+BA0.8mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L. The best medium for rooting cultivation was MS+IBA0.05mg/L. The best medium for differentiation of the injurie organization was MS+BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L.
