玉米不同叶位叶面积遗传效应及与环境互作效应分析 被引量:6

摘要 采用朱军包括基因型×环境互作效应的加性-显性-母体效应遗传模型(ADM模型),研究玉米不同叶位叶面积不同发育时期遗传效应及其与环境互作效应。结果表明:棒三叶、穗上叶、穗下叶叶面积在吐丝期、灌浆期、乳熟期、腊熟期、成熟期遗传受到不同遗传体系及基因型与环境互作效应控制,不同叶位叶片面积的广义遗传率和大部分互作广义遗传率在不同发育时期达到极显著或显著水平,均不宜在早代选择。 An additive-dominance-maternal genetic model with genotype by environment interactions by Zhu Jun was applied to analyze genetic main effects and genotype by environment interactions for leaf area of different positions at the different developmental stages under different environmental conditions in maize.The results indicated that the leaf areas of three-ear-leaves, leaves above ear and leaves under ear were controlled by different genetic systems and genotypes by environment interactions at the silking stage, filling stage, milky stage, waxy maturity and maturity stage. All broad heritabilities and most narrow heritabilities of leaf areas at different leaf position and different developmental stages reached absolutely significant levels or significant levels, it wasn’t suitable to select at early generation.
