摘要
以双列杂交选育的8个烤烟品系和两个对照品种K326、红花大金元为试验材料,选取了株高、总糖等10个农艺和化学品质性状为研究对象。采用多试点的联合方差分析和AMMI模型分析,对烤烟各个品种(系)的各个性状进行了稳定性、丰产性的估计和评价。分析结果表明:除了叶数外,其它各个性状在不同的试点都存在着基因型与环境互作效应;各品种的产量、总氮、烟碱等随着环境的不同而存在较大的变异。在地点间、品种间、品种×地点间变异均达到1%极显著水平。通过稳定性分析明确了各参试材料的稳定性及适应范围。
Based on ten flue-cured tobacco lines, we researched agronomic and chemical quality traits. The stability of different traits of flue-cured tobacco lines was tested by the additive main effects and multiplicative interaction (AMMI) model. The result indicated that there existed significant interaction variances between genotype and environment for highness of trunk, perimeter of stem, nicotine and protein etc. There existed significant variances between lines of the traits. We knew stability of tobacco lines by this way.
