栗茶间作模式对土壤酶活性和土壤养分的影响 被引量:28

摘要 为了揭示栗茶间作模式对土壤养分和土壤酶活性的影响,对不同种植模式的土壤酶活性与土壤养分进行了采样分析。结果表明:所有模式的土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶、多酚氧化酶的季节变化趋势一致,栗茶间作模式的土壤养分和酶活性高于单作模式。土壤酶活性与土壤养分的相关分析结果显示:脲酶酶活性与速效钾(r=0.9425)、全氮(r=0.8128)、全磷(r=0.8569)、有机质(r=0.8428)、水解性氮(r=0.8102)、全钾(r=0.7581)和速效磷(r=0.7401)均呈极显著正相关;过氧化氢酶活性与水解性氮(r=0.5812)和有机质(r=0.5658)极显著正相关;蔗糖酶与速效钾(r=0.5510)和全钾(r=0.5315)极显著正相关,因此土壤酶活性可以作为土壤养分评价的一个重要指标。 In order to reveal effect of the intercropping pattern of chestnut with tea on soil enzyme activities and soil nutrients, analysis on soil enzyme activities and soil nutrients of three different cropping pattern were conduted. The result showed that the seasonal variation of soil peroxidase, urease, invertase, and polyphenol oxidase in all cropping pattern were identical. The results indicated that soil nutrients and soil enzyme activities in the Intercropping pattern of chestnut with tea were obviously higher than those in single cropping pattern. The correlation analysis showed that the urease activity and soil available K(r=0.9425), total N(r=0.8128), total P(r=0. 0.8569),organic matter(r=0.8428), alkalihydrolyzable N(r=0.8102), total K(r=0.7581) and available P(r=0.7401) were highly and positively significant; highly and positively significant correlations between peroxidase and alkalihydrolyzable N(r=0.5812), organic matter(r=0.5658)were also found; invertase and soil available K(r=0.5510)and total K(r=0.5315)were highly and positively significant, soil enzyme activities could be used as an important assessment index for soil nutrients.
