根际和非根际土壤有效铅镉的浸提剂筛选 被引量:8

Comparison of Available Pb, Cd Results Extracted by Different Extractions in Rhizosphere and Non-Rhizosphere Soils

摘要 采用0.005mol/LDTPA-TEA,Mehlich3(M3),1mol/LNH4OAC作为浸提剂,研究了不同浸提剂对根际与非根际潮褐土有效态Pb、Cd的浸提效果,从浸提剂的提取率、提取量与作物体内Pb、Cd积累量间的相关性方面进行比较和筛选。结果表明:无论Pb还是Cd,在供试根际、非根际土壤上其有效性均存在显著差异;3种浸提剂对根际、非根际土壤有效态Pb、Cd的提取率结果均为M3>DTPA-TEA>NH4OAC;对有效Cd,3种浸提剂提取量与作物Cd积累量相关性均达极显著水平。而对于有效Pb,DTPA提取结果与作物积累量相关性最佳。因此,认为DTPA是最适合供试土壤有效性Pb、Cd提取的浸提剂。 The available Pb and Cd in rhizosphere, non-rhizosphere meadow cinnamon soil samples extracted by 0.005 mol/L DTPA-TEA, 1 mol/L NH4OAC and Mehlich 3 (M 3) extractant were tested. The percentages of Pb and Cd extracted by different extractants were compared, and the correlation test between extraction Pb, Cd contents and the Pb, Cd contents of wheat were conducted. The goal of the study was to compare the results of available Pb and Cd in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils extracted by different extractions. Results demonstrated that Pb, Cd have different availability in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils. The sequence of extraction contents was M 3〉 DTPA-TEA〉 NH4OAC. The correlation test between extraction Cd contents and the Cd contents of wheat showed that all of the results were remarkable, and the correlation test between extraction Pb contents and the Pb contents of wheat showed that DTPA-TEA got remarkable or extremely remarkable results. So in the analyse of available Pb and Cd in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere meadow cinnamon soil soil samples DTPA-TEA is the most suitable extractant.
