摘要
通过生物测定方法研究了单嘧磺隆在土壤中的淋溶、吸附和残留分析。结果表明:单嘧磺隆在不同土壤中的淋溶与与吸附土壤特性有关。在土壤pH值为6.1~7.9、有机质含量相差小于1.0的条件下,粘粒含量对单嘧磺隆淋溶的最大浓度深度贡献率为98.70%,对单嘧磺隆的吸附系数贡献率为99.81%;单嘧磺隆在黑土中的残留量随着残留天数的增加而下降,在黑土中的半衰期为12.1d。
The leaching, adsorption and residue analysis in the soil of monosulfuron was researched by bioassay method. The result showed that: The leaching and adsorption of Monosulfuron is decided by different characteristics soil. When the soil pH 6.1~7.9, the content of organic matter less than 1.0, the clay content on the Monosulfuron of leaching contribution to the depth of maximum concentration was 98.70%, and the adsorption coefficient contribution rate was 99.81%. Monosulfuron residues in the soil increased with the increase in the number of days residual declined, and the half life of Monosulfuron in the black soil is 12.1 days.
