论农民工逆向转移的必要性和可行性

Study on the Necessities and Reasibilities of Returned Migrant Workers

逆向转移的农民工是新农村建设的主体力量,他们通过带回的资金、技术、先进的观念和管理经验,参与新农村建设。本文在立足于新农村建设的总体要求和基本原则的基础上,结合对河南省农村剩余劳动力转移的数据总结分析,分析了农民工逆向转移的必要性和可行性,对农民工逆向转移的现实问题进行重新归纳和整理,并据此提出促进农民工回乡创业,推进新农村建设的政策建议。

The migrant workers, especially for the one that has returned to the countryside, who promote the new socialist villages directly, play a very important role in this mission by funds, advanced techelogy, and new eaperiences. Based on the general requirements and basic principles of the new socialist villages construction, this paper analysis the Necessities and Reasibilities of Returned Migrant Workers. So in this text the study on the contribution of migrant workers under the new thinking of the new socialist village was carried out.
