2型糖尿病药物治疗新进展
摘要
早在20世纪60年代末，Perley等发现，即使在相同的血糖浓度下，口服葡萄糖后刺激胰腺B细胞分泌的胰岛素多于静脉给予葡萄糖后分泌的胰岛素。提示肠道可能释放对胰岛素分泌具有调节作用的因子。
