HPLC法测定孕康口服液中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量

Determination the Contents of Psoralen and Isopsoralen in Yunkang Oral Liquid by HPLC

目的:建立孕康口服液中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素含量测定的HPLC方法。方法:色谱柱:Diamonsil^(TM)C_(18)柱(150 mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(50:50);流速为1.0ml·min^(-1);检测波长为246 nm。结果:补骨脂素在0.06～0.66μg的范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率100.5%(RSD=0.6%,n=6);异补骨脂素在0.06～0.58μg的范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率99.6%(RSD=1.2%,n=6)。结论:该方法准确,可靠,可有效控制制剂的质量。

Objective： To develop a HPLC method for determination the contents of Psoralen and Isopsoralen in Yunkang oral liquid. Method： The Diamonsil C18 coloum （150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）was used, the mobile phase was methanol-water（50： 50）, the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 246 nm. Result： The linear ranges of Psoralen and Isopsoralen were at 0.06 - 0.66 μg （ r = 0.999 9 ）, and 0.06 - 0.58 μg （ r = 0.999 9 ）, the average recoveries were 100.5%, RSD = 0.6% （ n =6 ）, and 99.6% ,RSD = 1.2% （ n =6）, respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Yunkang oral liquid.
