摘要
目的:建立开元颗粒中芍药苷含量测定的HPLC方法。方法:色谱柱为资生堂C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14:86),检测波长230 nm,柱温:40℃,流速为1.0ml·min^(-1)。结果:在0.05~0.99μg范围内,芍药苷的进样量与峰面积呈现良好线性(r=0.999 9,n=10),加样回收率为101.6%,RSD为1.4%(n=5)。结论:此法简便,可靠,可用于开元颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Kaiyuan granules. Method: The shamadzu C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm)was used, The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.1 mol·L^-1 phosphoric acid (14: 86), the detection Wavelength was 230 nm, the column temperature was 40 ℃ the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. Result: The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.05 - 0.99 μg( r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 101.6% ,RSD = 1.4% ( n = 5 ). Conclusion: The method is simple , accurate, it can be used for control the quality of Kaiyuan granules.
