摘要
目的:建立清肺消咳颗粒中绿原酸含量的RP-HPLC测定方法。方法:采用Shimpack VP-ODS色谱柱:(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙晴-0.4%磷酸溶液(13:87);流速:0.8ml·min^(-1);检测波长:327nm;柱温:22℃;峰面积外标法定量。结果:绿原酸在10.0～100.0μg·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率99.41%,RSD 0.72%(n=6)。结论:该方法测定样品分离度佳,灵敏度高,重现性好,结果准确可靠。
Objective： To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid in qingfeixiaoke granules. Method： Shimpack VP-ODS column （250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution （ 13 ： 87 ） as mobile phase;flow rate was 0.8 ml· min^-1 ;detection wavelength was at 327 nm with column temperature at 22 ℃. The external standard meth-od was adopted for the assay. Result： The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 10.0 - 100.0 μg·ml^-1 （r =0. 999 9） ,The average recovery rates was 99.41%, RSD = 0.72% （n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is good in the aspect of separable effect, reproducibility and sensitivity.
