HPLC法测定维酶素片中维生素B_2的含量

Determination the Content of Vitamin B_2 in Weimeisu Tablets by HPLC

目的:用HPLC法测定维酶素片中维生素B_2的含量。方法:色谱柱为YWG C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为醋酸钠溶液-甲醇(80:20),流速为1.0ml·min^(-1),检测波长为280 min。结果:维生素B_2浓度在7.2～36μg·ml^(-1)范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 4;平均加样回收率为99.5%,RSD为0.7%(n=6)。结论:方法结果准确,简便,可靠。

Objeetive： To establish a method for determination the content of Vitamin B2 in weimeisu Tablets. Method： The YWG- C18 column （250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm） was used, the sodium acetate solution-methanol （80： 20） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml· min^-1, the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Result： The linear range of vitamin B2 was 7.2 - 36 μg· ml ^-1（ r = 0.999 4）, the average recovery was 99.5% with RSD 0.7% （ n = 6）. Conelusion： The method is simple, accurate and reliable.
