应用改进的快速边界搜索法对Y系列电机进行节材优化

Minmizing Cost Design of Y-series Squirrel-Cage Motors with Modified FBT Algorithm

本文结合电机设计的实际,对快速边界搜索法进行了研究改进.针对某些离散变量对目标函数和约束函数起决定性影响这一具体特点,提出了检查潜在好点的算法,从而形成了新的优化软件,本文对Y系列三相鼠笼式异步电动机按系列设计原则进行节材优化计算,结果令人满意.实算证明,算法是有效的,具有工程实用价值.

The new nonlinear mathematical programming method——Fast Boundary Tracking Algorithm and the application to optimal design of squirrel-cage motors are studied in this paper. As some discrete variables sometimes play a dominant role in defining an objective function, a search called 'Check the Optimum-maybe Points' is put forward in the algorithm.The application of the algorithm to several practical squirrel-cage motors shows that the algorithm is reliable and efficient.
