微型热管等温性能的多通道测试系统研究

摘要 随着电子设备向高速、高频,微小型化发展,电子器件的散热就显得尤为重要。本文介绍了微型热管温度测量的技术原理,阐述了有关测量装置的测量电路、DSP外围主要扩展电路及其核心软件模块。研究表明该系统的测量结果准确、快速、实时,能有效地观察和分析微型热管散热面的各点温度状态。 With the electronic equipments become microminiaturization and running in higher speed and higher frequency, to descend the temperature of electronic parts bulk especially important. This paper introduces the working principle and temperature measuring of micro heat pipes, including the electric circuit of the measure equipments, the main peripheral extending electric circuit of the DSP and the core software modules. The research shows that the test result of this system is accurate, sensitive and real-time.
